Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be a professional fighter or athlete to train at F&S?

No, you don’t! We train people of all levels. No prerequisites needed.

How many people are in a group training session?

3 or 4 people. You will get all of the individualized attention needed.

I am interested in strength and conditioning training but would also love to learn muay thai/kickboxing/MMA… is that an option?

Absolutely! We will discuss your goals and we can add muay thai or kickboxing sessions

What exactly is strength and conditioning training? What will I do in a training session?

Strength and conditioning training is aimed at getting you in the best shape possible by doing different exercises. We will always start with a general warm up followed by a targeted one and then we will move to the fun part of doing a few exercises in a circuit based on your goals

How is a training session?

You will do something different at each training session. You will do anywhere from 4 to 6 different exercises and 3-5 rounds. It all depends on your current shape and your goals. You training is tailored to you and keeps changing as you evolve and advance.

How long until I notice results?

Everyone is different, but if you are committed to your training and come regularly, you can expect to see results as early as one month from your initial session.

How often should I train?

We will discuss you goals and current condition and decide that together. But at the beginning I always recommend to start with at least 2 sessions per week.

How long is a training session?

A personal training session is usually between 30 and 45 mins. A group session is 45 to 60 mins. We train with professional athletes and fighters and understand that training more than what you need will only exhaust you and can potentially lead to an injury.
